A satiafying Chardonnay with weight and finesse that fits its typicity and New World characteristics. Multi-layered palate and creamy texture. Satisfaction.

Solid everyday drinker. Light oak but could be lighter for my taste. Nice wine.

Clean pale yellow color. Fruit flavors on the nose, apple, pear Nd hint of lemon. Good structure, slightly creamy with light acidity, crisp luscious finish.

A wonderfully clean and crisp Chard with very little oak or malolactic butter. Went very nicely with chicken pot pie and Cantonese-style long beans with shiitake mushrooms.

Real floral and "perfumy" tasting on night 2 (never got to try it night 1 as opened for guests). Pretty oaky as well. $20
