Château St. Didier-Parnac
Cahors Malbec Blend

Heavy acidity, berry notes. Not bad, but not great. This one probably needed to spend more time in the cellar mellowing out, but I'm not going to give it a second shot. Drinkable.

Good with food. Tannins very present, good structure, but not all that exciting.

Acidic, heavy tannins, tobacco and smoke. Astringent with a lingering cherry finish.
