Soft velvet plum nose. Cigar smoke. Ripest red fruits. Mineral and good acidity. Had with grilled wagyu. — 6 years ago
I’m enjoying this with some gin and tonic mix from Malaga. The nose of this is so fresh. I want to pour it into a tub and have a soak. Unfortunately, this bottle has that hint of banana-like flavour that tells me there’s an impurity. Doesn’t usually happen with Tanq, but there it is. I’ll have to come back and try another bottle sometime. — 6 years ago
Loose but intense bubbles. Apples. Metallic like fine silverware. — 5 years ago
Mmmmmm. Crisp, light and refreshing. Lots of bubbles and soft flavour. — 6 years ago
A new favourite! I just love the crispness if the line against the ginger. More summery flavour profile, so plan for hot afternoons with ice and tonic. Fresh and fun. — 6 years ago

From, “What the heck is this?” To “hmmmm, whatever is this?” Took a couple weeks. Gin and soda reveals nuances and a sweetness that’s behind the burn when straight. Best in savoury cocktails. — 6 years ago
A bit of juniper, but not overwhelming. Crisp drinking in my cold, summer g n t. — 6 years ago
More juniper than I love. Also has a whiff of alcohol. I know! It IS alcohol, but often gin is more subtle. — 6 years ago
