California Sauvignon Blanc

Smooth and refreshing. The nodes are fabulous.

Pear, green apple, green melon. High alcohol. Medium to low acidity. Soft. Better after sitting in glass for a bit [Bottle Says: citrus zest, hints of dry herb, green melon. Bright and crisp finish 13.3% alcohol]

Very light straw colored wine that is dry and very refreshing. This wine is very herbaceous with strong aromas of basil, rosemary and citrus fruits like lemon, lime, crisp green apples, and even floral notes of Lilly. I really enjoyed this wine and think it’s a great representation of a new world Sauvignon Blanc. Medium acidity and very complex but balanced flavors

Moderate sweetness, initial taste is citrus, quickly followed by strong melon and a slightly tangy finish. Good table white, fits with creamy dishes, not quite acidic enough for fish, but perfect for chicken.
