Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

V10. So good. Clean oregano nose. Rich blackberry fruit. Smooth, with a deep herbal hint, mocha and mineral finish. Nicely balanced.

Strawberry, mint, tobacco. Sharp tannins. So rustic and wonderful. Paired well with NY strip.

Minty aged merlot flavours shingthrough, would benefit from a little more fruit concentration and structure, a little light on flavour and length, but, utterly enjoyable nevertheless.
