#wsetschool Classic deep ruby Minervois with a pronounced nose of blackberry and bramble, black olive, cloves and pepper, vanilla, smoke, mushroom/forest floor and tobacco. A nice blend of 55% Syrah, 30% Carignan and 15% Grenache with Medium (+) acidity and tannins which are ripe. The palate is as good and pronounced as the nose
