Minervois Syrah

2016 vintage. 100% Viognier by the Nutter family in the Languedoc. Aged in a single 500 litre French oak barrel for 12 months. Golden colour. Aromatic with dried pineapple, honey and bee wax. Has complexity and length. Very nicely evolved.

A Syrah, Grenache, Carignan blend sharing cherry and boysenberry aromas, and a touch of garrigue. Another Graham Nutter delight.

Red berries with a light cedar/pine aroma. Round and balanced on the palate with a sense of Minervois terroir. A pleasant, reasonably priced wine that's a new favorite!
