St. Georges-St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Big, dark, and brooding, but opened up beautifully with forest floor and funk. Balanced and delicious!!

Very soft tannins and drinking very easy. Berry fruit with some light earthy notes. Paired well with pan seared beef tenderloin.

Our second favorite after Châteauneuf Du Pape is St. Émillion.

Solid, delicious wine. A bit rough around the edges. But nice bright fruit, firm chewy tannins. Love the earthy, leather notes.

Funky and unique! Lots of dark red fruit, complexity, minerals. Moderate tannins, sweet finish.
