Nose - really fragrant. Plum, currant, french oak, violet. Palate - medium body, low-med acidity. Plum and currant. Finish is reasonably long, but subtle. On day 1, it seemed thin on the mid palate, but opened up nicely on days 2-3. Definitely benefits from decanting. Overall a very balanced, above average everyday wine.

Much better than my last bottle. Better with more air. Day two and three show more classic gravelly aromas. Fairly suave texture, this is approachable now and could use a good decant to open aromatics.
