Delicious in the lighter refreshing style, not in a big complex style like a d’Yquem or a Rieussec. Fresh Apricots in abundance with lively acid.

Very light. Fresh fruit.

Desert wine - Pair with white chocolate

Sweet, rounded, acidity a bit low. Tasty and complex as any decent Sauternes but not overly impressive right now.

Still very young and needed air but not bad for 14€

Great with chocolate mousse

Well-balanced wine, with canned pineapple, dog rose, sage, watermelon jam aromas.
You can drink it now, but after years it will become much better

Won't blow your mind but it's still a delicious wine. Candied citrus, apricot jelly, and orange blossom honey with tropical fruits in the mix. A lemon zing and decent acid keep it balanced at the end
