Nose: pineapple, cake, sweet nuts, date sugar, some flower, overripe peach, a little orange, beeswax. Mmmmm. Taste: like an adult juice box! Grape-y, golden raisins. It’s good, but a lot less interesting than I hoped for. Doesn’t live up to the nose. Maybe I chilled it too much. 89. It’s good, but disappointing for a Sauternes.
