Not as full body as a nice cab, but enough body to consider a second date. Pleasant to drink and managed to pair with steak, pork, and fish.

This bottle had good longevity from opening. A good Bordeaux and somewhat more interesting than most. I'm keen to keep and age a bottle to see how it develops.

This was a couple of weeks ago but as far as I remember... a solid Bordeaux, had it with various cheese, dips and homemade guacamole, lentil soup, and from finally some freshly made chocolate.
