Old school Gigondizzle on it's last leg, but way more enjoyable than expected.

Delicious wine - lovely dark fruits with beautifully balanced tannins - should live a long time

Big fruit, fairly big tannins, nice alcohol balance. Was hoping to have it showing some more interesting secondary notes in the aroma but good for the money

Good tasting. Let it breathe a little bit to get all of the flavors

Fresh and not overly extracted Gigondas. Red raspberry purée dominates, with secondary white pepper and herbal notes. Juicy and bright but the alcohol does spike toward the finish. Tannins are youthful and suggest a year or two longer. Better with a short decant. QPR buy at Costco.

Sweet, dark fruit with lots of earthy spice. Booze in a good way. Great value below $30
