Attack marked by the freshness of its youth (5 years) on acidulous black fruits (Cassis). Body marked by oak / vanilla aging accompanied by humus / undergrowth / earthy notes. The whole is balanced, with a nice flexibility, classic and classy while remaining simple. My grandfather would have loved. With Breton pancakes with creamy mushrooms, eggs and cheese parsley, it goes very well.

L’ensemble est à l’équilibre, avec une belle souplesse, classique et classieux tout en restant simple. Mon grand-père aurait adoré. Avec des galettes bretonnes au champignons crémeux, œufs fromage persil, ça passe très bien.

Apr 11th, 2020This bottle remained unopened since 2005. I popped it open about 3 weeks and it’s smooth. The flavor is rich and it has bold accents.
