Very pale salmon. I found the small proportiom of Cabernet in this wine to dominate the nose with a verdant, crushed english ivy aroma. Plenty of melony orange fruit behind. Very nicely textured with both density and fresh acidity.

Has peach overtones but still crisp. Complimented a Mediterranean orzo salad and olive tapenade halibut well. Great on a summer evening.
