Les Tourelles de Longueville Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend

Still kicking, plush fruit that was withering away. Structure had faded away. Undefined finish. Tasty, but nothing to write home about.

2000v. Thought I found this gem in a wine store in Hawaii for $75. Unfortunately it didn't show as well as I expected based on the other user reviews for this wine. Classic aged Bordeaux, raspberry, pencil lead, smooth, smooth oak tannins. A touch of brown in color.

00' I would've paid twice the price for this.

yum. more length than i expected despite being from a great vintage. very solid and has some real@life and texture as it evolved

Smooth with no decanting required.

Much more enjoyable at this stage than the Baron.
