Excellent with grilled lamb chops
Decanted 1 hour.
On the nose blackberry, plum, and a touch of soil. On the palate blackberry, raspberry, cedar, leather, and hints of earth. Very well balanced with medium, well integrated tannins. Long finish with black fruit, soil and wood. I don't see this getting much better. Drink now and over the next 5 years. Delicious!

Starting to turn the corner... No shortage of freshness, with firm black fruit, mineral, cedar, and coarse grained tannins. Approachable today with and extended decant in the bottle.
