Apr 28th, 2019Medium bodied, little acidity. Drank like a Bordeaux. Soft tannins of currants, jam and berries, and as in the picture, an earthy finish. Took the recommendation to decant for a while, to really bring out the tannins. Paired deliciously with a homemade bolognese.
