Bright cranberry and tobacco notes. Fairly tannic, it needs to open for a while to appreciate.

I've been drinking a lot of new world lately it's good to back to the foundation. Mostly merlot - lots of earth, terroir, wood, not much if any fruit. Leather and spices, a touch of tea and cigar notes. 2012 vintage

Chalky and grapey.

Very thin mouthfeel. The flavors are all there, but it does fall a bit flat.

Smooth and a very enjoyable wine for this price range. A nice thank you from a client that I’d gladly buy myself.

BQE , need to try again. Very dry and enjoyed even if mostly merlot. / tried Sept ‘21, it’s decent but funny at first on palate. Not drinkable day2
