Green apple. Citrusy with great minerality. Great value. A little bland but a decent wine for the price.

One of my favorite wine values. Show me a more soulful picpoul for 10 bucks

Light and crisp with a slight fruity taste (apple?) - nice, simple and easy to drink

Not super complex but huge bang for the buck for a restaurant list. $30 at Nopa.

Very nice with swordfish.

Vintage 2014, I am not a fan of this grape, it's indefinable and wine from it is often relative simple without attraction. It came a bit to life in combination with fish and salicornia.

Lime, green apple, dry but viscous. $13
