Vintage 2015 | not transparant, 4/4 dark as hell. Hardly any discolourisation in this Syrah/Grenache blend. Light cherries in smell, garrigue spices. Velvety taste even after pop and pour. Beautiful elegance and finesse. | Paired with a Angus Ribeye from bbq with salad and steamed broccoli. | Another excellent Ventoux @Daniel M

Saturday night with a 2015 Ventoux Quintessence from @chateaupesquie 🍷A great grenache-syrah blend from Southern Rhône 🇫🇷 A bottle with a savory character, anise, raspberry, leather and dark berries baked aromas. Well balanced even with the high alcohol. A recommended bottle from France! Cheers!
