Red Bordeaux Blend

Opened bottle and poured with an aerator. Swirled a bit. Nose: herbs, dark cherry, tobacco, oak. Heather? Surprisingly inviting. Color is nice and dark. Taste: very cherry, medium mouthfeel. Simple, no off flavors, dark cherry, some oakey bitterness Doesn’t live up to the nose, but it’s nice. 86. Perfectly fine for $8. Happy to have it.

It needed to breathe, but was decent for the price @ Wegmans I would buy it again.

2010 drank while pan frying a fine entrecôte. C’est manifique n’est pas?

Tart cherries but balanced with acidity and some tannin. Such a deal at around $14.

The other ratings say it all. Not good even for a low end Bordeaux

A slight metallic flavor, however light and fruity. Not the best and not the worst.

Dissapointing even for $12

Thought I found a good buy, horribly put together wine.

After a week in Napa I wanted to play with some French Bordeaux.

No good.
