Vacationing in Europe is all about intriguing wine discoveries. Here’s a #corbieres red blend of semi-dried #syrah , #grenache and #carignan. First pour reveals a rich nose of raisins with a touch of toasted oak and vanilla. It’s a full-bodied red and like many wines of France, I find it really improves after a day after uncorking. This wine held up well paired with lamb masala curry.
