Bricking color. Interesting nose. Dried flowers, cherry prune, some licorice, a little old leather. Muted pallette, flavors lurking, but not unlocked. Too old? Not enough decant? I love carignan but this is a challenge.

Ripe red fruit, a little funk, esp on the nose (leather, fungus). Just as good as when we tasted it at the vineyard.
