Really well balanced and evolved over 2+ hours. Very smooth, dried fruit and flowers, some elderberry, a bit of tobacco/dark chocolate. Really lovely right now. I’m guessing not too much time left. Went great with ham and lamb.

Ma meilleure bouteille à ce jour, tout était en équilibre, au nez fruits rouges, un peu de cuir, petit coté terreux. En bouche les fruits rouges sont présent, un peu d’épices, les tannins sont fermes. La finale d’une belle longueur. Il y en avait plus pour le lendemain...
