Nice, though not really especially recognizable as Musar. Perhaps that will come with some more age, this was an early try. Would have guessed Nebbiolo blind. On day 2 the more intense herbal / spice / tannic structure comes through more which points in a different direction. Good pairing with a chicken, caramelized onion, and apricot “tachin” on New Year’s Eve.

Wow. Rich fruit extracts from the Middle East. Dark cherry and pomegranate, infiltrated with a hint of ‘barnyard’ and crispy minerals. Really nice. Full bodied and a pleasant lingering dry finish.
