Vintage 2010 | 80% Tannat 20% Cabernet Sauvignon | Smells like a barnyard and morello cherries. Leather and ceder. Spices. Enormous character. Butt also tannins. Much. Absolutely a wine for the cellar. After a few hours in the glass it is so much better!

Absolutely fantastic! Surprising wine. Rich, creamy, round, supple white Madiran with ripe pear and pineapple . It pairs well with food. Interesting feature: a hint of Sauterne so you can almost pair with fois gras. Definitely a must try.

Black and red forest berries along with chocolate notes on the nose, superb powerful palate with the same berries and a great acid drive, a good matter and a great width. Tannins are lively and caressing an expanding mid palate which makes way for a fruit-forward finish that lasts for ever and which sees a tiny bitter note blossoming in the end.

Completely mature. Cherry and black olives. Meaty and flinty. Licorice. Strangely, this also reminds me of a good nebbiolo because it has some hints of tar and that typical smell of a rose garden. All in all pretty impressive!

Björnbär, cederträ, tobak. Fantastiskt vackert sammansatt.

Perhaps more complex and wide than 2009. A great wine
