Spectacular with red meat and some spices. Didn't have French reds for a long time. But when in Montreal... Love this wine and will get more of it.

This wine is dominated my merlot, on the nose to begin with the wine is rather reserved, although it does start to open up after half an hour or so. The flavour being consistent from start to finish with cherry, blackberries and subtle tannins. Would recommend for game meats such as pigeon. Would also see this going well with beef and blue cheese.

Good Bordeaux dominated by merlot. The results a smooth wine with cherry notes. On the nose, very light. Soft tannins.

My Thanksgiving dinner wine choice this year. Medium body with the color of translucent red rose. Not as heavy on the nose as I expected. Flavors is smooth, well balanced. Finish is consistent with the taste and medium body. Although not as much punch as I'd like it works well. Wife really likes it and that's always a big win.
