If blinded I would have thought California as this was fat, ripe with sweet black cherry, lots of spice box & licorice.

Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe red/black fruits, herb and tobacco leaf notes for this Merlot, Cab Franc & Cab Sauv blend. On the palate flavors of blackberry & plum with notes of currants, spice, cedar & smoky cacao. More like a Right Bank beefy wine, firm grainy tannins, long finish ending with big fruit, herb and earthy spice notes. Give this time!! Tasting Sample.

On the palate flavors of plum and raspberry with notes of herb spice and toasty oak. Fine tannins, long finish ending with great integration of fruit, oak and spice, drinks well now.
