Matton-Farnets have been in the wine industry for almost 3 centuries, beginning at the Domaine de Chateauneuf in Vidauban, and continuing at Chateau Minuty from 1936. Light color, reminiscent of an Oregon Pinot. Unusual big aromas of berry fruit and citrus. Soft, fresh acidity ending with fruit notes. If you are a Rosé fan this is one to get. Little pricier than most but worth it. Tasting Sample.

I’m so sorry I bought this. It used to drink dry yet with a slight body, floral and with lingering fruit. The 2023 is thin and overwhelmingly acidic. Unpleasant. I have tried twice to drink from this bottle and am going to just spill it out. Disappointed and will not buy Minuty again.
