QPR banger at €16 for the ‘07! Nicely mature, but it’s got some legs left. Shed all it’s baby fat, it comes off as elegant and pretty. Nose of forest decay and mushrooms, the palate is velvety and lithe. Plum, black cherry, porcini, a hint of vanilla. Threw a bunch of sediment, needs to be stood up. Very very nice after a run of mediocre wines!
