Light bouquet, medium body, hints of Tobacco and leather, bought it at a local cheese shop in Paris and it paired very nicely with a truffle-infused Manchego.

Appears clear, medium intense garnet with a ruby core.
Smells clean, medium plus dried cherries & roses, stoney minerality.
Tastes dry, medium acidity, medium plus tannin, medium minus alcohol, medium minus body. No fruit left, just tannin & acid. Medium plus finish.
Good quality for an 11 year Cru Bourgeois, but, too old.
