Jan 13th, 2016Sharp/clear, day bright pear color, low viscosity. Nose sees lots of tropical fruits- orange, lemon, melon, lots of minerality. Palette sees tons of sharp medium+ acid, lemon, little bit of vegetal/grass, long finish with a little minerality. I loved this wine- hits you in the face with lots of acid, super interesting nose, complex palette. Refreshing and a great food wine!
