Initially the nose is full of fruit, but within 30 minutes it gains depth with some cigar box and a touch of smoke.. The palate is creamy and velvety with sweet cherry and licorice. Surprisingly 65% merlot from Margeaux. This is really enjoyable for $30.

Hues of dark crimson and ruby. Decant for at least 45 minutes to ensure a rich and velvety finish. Bright bouquet of sweet cherries, plum and vanilla. A great value at $25.

Admittedly wayyyyyyyy too young to drink. But sometimes it's worth trying a younger wine. Anyway nice nose, palate light.
