Deep and dark ruby red. Layered nose with tobacco, red cherries and some floral characteristics. Well integrated medium tannins (6.5/10) for being so young and medium plus body. Dark palate with spices, black currants, dark cocoa, bark and leather. Long and dry finish. Drink till 2032.

The semillon gives this a bit more depth. It's nice, just not as enjoyable to me as the non-classified grapes in the plot next door. Tasted at the Hearts Delight press lunch.
