Grapefruit flavors with fresh cut grass aromas. Crisp acidity. A little wax / umami toward the end. Simple but well balanced and the grassy aromas really pull it together.

Good amount of Sémillon, Sauv doesn't over power. Waxy scent. Crisp and steely. Taste of mostly grapefruit with some lime with citric finish. A little too grape fruity.
