Dry and earthy on the palate with strawberries, cherries, raspberries, wood, bell pepper, forest floor, tobacco leaf and peppercorn.
Short finish with fine tannins and tangy pomegranates.
This is a simple Carmenere from Chile. Very earthy with lots of bell pepper notes.
A good food wine, but not so much by itself. Would be better in a few years.
