Vintage 2003 - at first a slightly oxy nose, that dissapeares with air, to give honey honey honey lavender and a excellent balance. I love this botrytized white wines from 'petit' aoc's nearby Sauternes, especially when the wine is aged. Partnered it with black rice and chicken livers with onion and capers ánd... a glass of this wine to make the sauce. Afterwards an old Tomme goats cheese. So I enjoyed this wine.
