Mar 12th, 2018Dark purple opaque colour. High dark fruit intensity with roasted coffee, dark choko and toast in the nose. Complex but refined pallate with similar to nose aromas, firm tannins and ripe & jammy dark fruit, violet, coffee finish. 89p 2011 - the only served at Noble dinner 2013. Total prod. ~ 20 k bottles.

Fruit and chocolate on the nose. Dark red fruit, acidity and pretty lean considering the tannins. A dry bitterness remains in the aftertaste.

Bra klassisk GSM-smakprofil men ordentligt eldig på sina 15,5 abv som frukten inte riktigt sväljer.
