Real deal stuff. Garrigue, charcuterie, black pepper, black figs, spice, nothing fruity about this wine. If you hate cab because it’s so fruity, but you like body and tannins this wine is for you. Organic/biodynamic, very little oak influence, salty being so close to the Mediterranean. The natural nature of this wine puts all others in the category to shame. I would assume age worthy as well..

Bangs. Deep and luscious with blueberry, strawberry, and fig melded together. Nice example of well balanced, imperceptible high alcohol. Fine grain tannins and medium plus body. Drinking phenomenally right now after a 3 year slumber in the cellar.

Smooth and well balanced. Very enjoyable and possibly the most memorable wine from Languedoc that I have ever had. Accompanied the New Year’s Eve beef tenderloin based main course. 31/12-2022

‘So I was in the urinal and the guy down the hall was there and was telling me he just got back from France…..’
Maybe leave out the urinal part when telling that story?

It’s a Gerard Bertrand kind of day….
