A great vintage from Bordeaux that is still a baby with a good hand of fresh earth tobacco spice and this is the lower portion of the vineyard which is sand light gravel and a bit of clay. Has very good structure and depth of fruit with firm tannins and acidity holding things firmly in place this is wine is still quite youthful with layers of fresh earth dark spices and a long finish very layered and should last another 10+ years. Finish 45+. Excellent still a bit dry at the end cedar cigar box spice and more coming out as the wine opens
