Wine 3 of 3 with dessert to wrap up the decadent lunch. This one paired with a lemon curd crumble. Clear medium gold color, sweet and with medium body and high acid. High intensity nose with honey, lemon citrus and marmalade notes wafting from the glass. Very silky smooth mouth feel with notes of lemon citrus, lemon zest, honey and a hint of 'nuttiness' . Long finish. Delicious and great value Sauternes. Time to roll to my train...
