On the nose, the wine is developing with heady notes of black plum, black cherry, purple flowers, cocoa, tobacco, a touch of leather and fine baking spices. Fresh, enjoyable, and balanced. Bright fruit without being jammy. Mild tannins. Medium finish. Great with Christmas leftovers and a nice value.
