Second wine of Léoville las Cases, blend of 53% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Cabernet Franc, deep Ruby color with aromas of berries and ripe black fruits with floral and cigar spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, wild cherry and ripe black plum with notes of tobacco, licorice and floral spice. Fine firm tannins, long finish ending with fruit and toasty mineral notes.
