Still really early to drink this one. Wound up tight tannins that took more than 2 hours to open up. Even still, it would have been best in another 5 years. Chewy mouth feel with volatile acid on the nose that is still pleasing to the palate. Wait longer to open.

Perfect for pairing with meat dishes. Full body Bordeaux . Hits in the middle of the tongue. Nice fruity note to finish.
