Super unique. Don’t chill this. Treat like it’s red wine and it will reward you. Reminds me of Sylvain Pataille’s Fleur de Pinot, the only thing I can make a comparison to here.

Highly concentrated pink color. Intensely aromatic: cassis, blackberries, licorice, bell pepper, sage, rosemary, and perhaps a touch of orange peel... Spicy and weighty on the long finish... Abv slightly on the higher end though.. (a bit hot though)
