Deep pink. A little sweet spice, like honey baked ham, small white flowers on the nose. A light and fresh palette, initially you get fruit like fresh blueberries maybe a little tartness/cranberry with a nice sense of minerality, dissipates quickly into slight funk and menthol/cough syrup/outer layer of tootsie pop. Long finish. Definitely more tannin then you’re used to with a rose.
