For those that love those austere St. Estephe. Big structure, not afraid to give you some serious tannin, but starting to get integrated. This has an exotic spice character with herbaceous notes. Great with lamb!

A bit earthy, but it's derived from the area's feature. A bit dry, but fruity and so smooth maybe due to 10 years vintage. Good match with Chinese food and its seafood. @3950, XAmbassador, 170719

Good vintage. Had it open for 3h before serving the wine, it was the left with a very elegant tannin structure. Elegant oak and traces of blond tobacco. However, give it a few years in the cellar and it will be even better.
