Red Bordeaux Blend

Aged nicely! Who knew, from Gordon’s way back and it’s holding up well. Balanced with the Bordeaux profile of Merlot blend. Would be perfect for Fung doing BBQ.

This was a delightful little surprise. I picked it up to use in cooking and it turned out that it was also quite acceptable as a drinking wine.

Too dry

Black fruits, hints of spice, smooth

Outstanding for the price, completely dry as Bordeaux should be, this should be around 12 bucks, I would guess blend in mostly merlot with a bit of cab or cab franc, much better than the usual in the price range

Slightly fruity, dark, very well rounded..
