The deep ruby colored Château Lafon-Rochet 2017 reveals aromas of blackcurrant, black cherries, red and black plum, cedar wood, mint and wet leafes. The palate is medium to full bodied, balanced by good acidity, decent fruit concentration and grippy tannins. Well made but fails to deliver a lasting impression. Drink from 2024 until 2037.
